Returns & Refunds Overview
- For refund requests, kindly email us at info@tylukreations.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Once we receive the returned products in the same condition as it was shipped, we will begin the refund process.
- Any shipping fees paid while placing the order are not subject to a refund.
- Items that are customized or purchased as part of a bulk deal are non-returnable.
- All refunds will be in the form of store credit only.
- If the order is canceled before shipping, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for Fragrance Series products.

- Customers are responsible for paying all fees and costs associated with returning a product, including any shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
- Shipping costs incurred during the order placement will not be refundable.
