Returns & Refunds Overview

1. For refund requests, kindly email us at info@tylukreations.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Once we receive the returned products in the same condition as it was shipped, we will begin the refund process.
3. Any shipping fees paid while placing the order are not subject to a refund.
4. Items that are customized or purchased as part of a bulk deal are non-returnable.
5. All refunds will be in the form of store credit only.
6. If the order is canceled before shipping, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
7. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for Fragrance Series products.

1. Customers are responsible for paying all fees and costs associated with returning a product, including any shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
2. Shipping costs incurred during the order placement will not be refundable.
